Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to browse, size, and order EZ Snap products with ease, whatever device or assistive technology you use. Accessibility is part of how we build, not an afterthought.

Our commitment

We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our conformance target. That standard guides how we handle structure, contrast, keyboard access, and assistive-technology support across the site. We treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a box to check, and we review it as we build and update pages and features.

How we build for access

  • Semantic headings, labels, and ARIA on interactive components. For example, the installer locator's results are keyboard-operable and result-count changes are announced to screen readers through a live region.
  • Keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators on interactive elements.
  • Honors your system "reduce motion" setting, so scroll, reveal, and hover animations are minimized when you've asked for less motion.
  • A high-contrast cream-and-ink palette, with color contrast that targets WCAG AA.
  • Responsive layouts that reflow and stay legible when you zoom in or enlarge text.
  • Descriptive alternative text on meaningful imagery.

Where we're still improving

Accessibility is never finished, and some areas don't yet meet our target. In particular, our interactive product builders (the shade, skirting, and hitch configurators) are being improved for full keyboard and screen-reader operation, and we are continuing to tighten color contrast and form labeling across the site. Some third-party or embedded content, such as mapping tiles or video, may also not yet meet the same standard.

We review the site with automated tools and manual checks and fix issues as we find them, working through it section by section. If you run into a barrier, telling us helps us prioritize it.
