01 The material

Thermo Weave™ solar-screen mesh

One mesh, cut to whatever shape the coach throws at it — sliders, egress panes, curved front caps. It’s the Thermo Weave™ solar screen that runs across the whole EZ Snap line, here sized to your rig’s windows.

The weave

Black / white

Black blocks the most solar heat — best for hot climates. White is a more open weave: more daylight and outward view. Same fabric, your call.

See-through

Optical-grade

A solar screen, not a blackout blind — you keep the outward view and daytime privacy while the room cools and the glare drops.

Cut to fit

Won't fray

Trims to any window with household scissors — no hemming, no binding. It won't stretch or fray at the cut edge.

Care

Weatherproof

Rinse it clean with a garden hose; leave it up year-round, or snap it off and roll it away for the season.

02What it saves

Stop the heat at the glass — and the cooling load with it.

On a hot pull-through, a cooler coach means the roof A/C — and the generator running it — work less to keep the inside livable. The heat is stopped outside the glass, before it ever loads the cabin.

03The no-drill snap
A real EZ Snap install — the no-drill snap studs bonded around a window before the shade goes on
EZ Snap Cap & Pin cross-section — the stud bonds with 3M VHB, the pin passes through the mesh, and the domed cap locks it on without piercing the surface

Snaps on, snaps off.
No drilling, ever.

01 The bond

The 3M™ VHB studs bond to the frame around the opening — never the glass — so there's no seal to damage and nothing drilled. The same adhesive grips vinyl, aluminum, fiberglass, glass, and plastic.

02 Snaps off

The Cap & Pin™ snaps the mesh on and off in seconds — take it down for winter light, cleaning, or travel, then snap it back. The low-profile studs stay put between seasons.

04Why RV owners choose it

The shade that comes off before you pull out.

Snaps off before you roll

Unsnap the mesh and store it in seconds — the low-profile studs stay put on the coach. Nothing to unscrew, nothing that catches the wind at highway speed.

No drilling into the coach

The 3M™ VHB studs bond to aluminum, fiberglass or glass — never a drilled hole, never a voided seal. The same no-drill snap system as EZ Snap skirting.

06FAQ

Do I take the shades off to drive?

Yes — unsnap the mesh and store it; the studs stay on the coach. Most owners pull the shades before travel so nothing flaps at highway speed, then snap them back at the next site.

Will it fit my curved or emergency-exit window?

You enter each window’s size, so curved fronts, sliders and egress windows are sized individually. Measure the glass opening; the shade trims to fit with scissors.

Does black or white mesh block more heat?

Black blocks up to ~90% of solar heat — best for hot-weather camping. White is a more open weave: more daylight and outward view, with less heat stopped.

Will the studs damage my RV’s finish?

No. The 3M™ VHB adhesive bonds to your RV’s aluminum, fiberglass or glass — not through it — so there’s no drilling and no seal to damage. The studs are low-profile and stay put between seasons.
