No-drill exterior RV window shades

RV window covers that keep the heat out.

EZ Snap exterior shades are knitted mesh that stops the sun on the outside of the glass, where it counts. They block up to 90% of the heat before it ever reaches your window, so the rig stays cooler and the AC gets a break. You can still see out, and the shades snap on with no drilling and come right off for travel.

Stop the heat outside the glass, not after it is already in the rig.

01 See out, keep the heat out

Shade the glass, keep the view

The shade is a see-through knitted mesh, so it does the work of a heavy curtain without closing you off. From inside you still look out at the campsite, but up to 90% of the sun's heat and its UV are stopped on the outside of the glass. Because the mesh sits away from the window and off the interior, your rig is not turning into a greenhouse and your AC is not fighting a losing battle all afternoon.

02 No-drill install, off for travel

Snaps on the trim, no holes in your rig

Patented 3M VHB snap studs press onto the window trim or frame with strong adhesive, so there is no drilling and no holes in your rig. Trim each shade to fit any RV window with household scissors, snap it into place, and you are done. When it is time to travel, the shades unsnap in seconds and store flat, then snap right back on at the next stop.

03Questions

RV shades,
answered.

Q. 01

Do these actually keep an RV cooler?

Yes. Because the mesh stops the sun on the outside of the glass, it blocks up to 90% of the heat before it ever reaches your window. That keeps the interior cooler and takes a big load off the AC, instead of shading the heat only after it is already inside.

Q. 02

Can I still see out through them?

Yes. The shade is a knitted see-through mesh, so from inside you can still look out at the view while the heat and UV are held off outside. From outside it reads as a tinted panel for daytime privacy.

Q. 03

Is the install really no-drill?

It is. Patented 3M VHB snap studs adhere to the window trim or frame, so there are no holes drilled in your rig. The shade snaps onto those studs, and you trim it to fit with household scissors.

Q. 04

Do they come off for travel?

Yes. The shades unsnap from the studs in seconds and store flat, so you can pull them for travel and snap them back on when you set up camp. The studs stay put on the trim between stops.

Q. 05

Will they fit any RV window?

They will. Choose a precut size or a custom kit and cut the mesh to fit any RV window with household scissors, so odd shapes and non-standard sizes are no problem.

Q. 06

How much does a shade kit cost?

Shades start at $24.99, and you can build a custom kit sized to your rig. Shipping is free on orders over $225, and the materials are covered by our Limited Lifetime warranty.
